How to Shop Influencer Outfits with the Trendii App

Have you ever scrolled through Instagram, fallen in love with an outfit, only to find that the items you were eyeing up were sold out? 

Pinterest can be annoying like that too. You’ll find a tonne of outfit inspiration on Pinterest, but as soon as you go to shop the looks you often end up struggling to find anything similar.

This is where the Trendii app comes in.

How to Shop Influencer Outfits with Trendii

Step One: Download the Trendii App

To get started, click here to download the Trendii App to your iPhone or Android device. 

While you’re in the app store make sure you’ve got the Instagram and Pinterest apps downloaded and signed in on your phone.

Step Two: Create a Trendii Account

Once the Trendii app has fully downloaded, open the app and set up your account. It’ll only take a second or two!

Step Three: Scroll Through Instagram or Pinterest on Your Phone

Now it’s the fun part. Log into your Instagram or Pinterest account and scroll for some outfit inspiration.

Once you find a photo of an influencer’s outfit that you like, or an account you love, tap on the photo you want to shop. If you want to shop a lot of things at once from different influencers, save posts to a collection (on Instagram) or to a board (on Pinterest).

When you’ve got a couple of looks you’d like to shop, open up the individual posts and then move onto the next step.

Step Four: Click The Three Dots

Click on the three dots in the corner of the post.

Step Five: Click the ‘Share To’ Button

From here, click on the ‘share’ button and scroll through the list of apps that appear (i.e. Mail, Internet, SMS).

Step Six: Click the Trendii App

Scroll through the list of apps until you see the Trendii app - it’s bright pink and teal, you won’t miss it.

Step Seven: Click the Outfit Element

Wait for your item to load and then take a look at the different outfit elements that have been analysed. This could be shoes, dresses, jackets, bags.

Note: Trendii works best when analysing full-body outfit photos.

Step Eight: Shop Influencer Outfits in Seconds

Now that you’ve got a list of similar items (at different prices!) that you can shop, go ahead and recreate your favourite influencer’s outfits.
