It’s the next instalment in our series on Sex Education style. The hit Netflix show has just dropped a hotly anticipated season 4, so it’s the perfect time to talk about the iconic and evolving looks from some of our fave characters in the series. Each character stands out in their own way by embracing a clear personal style and we’ve come to love the looks as much as the characters themselves.

This week's focus is the sweet and beautiful Aimee Gibbs. Aimee’s looks are a reflection of the unique individual she is. The looks are bright and bubbly but maintain a maturity & strength. Even when Aimee is going through a lot on the inside she keeps her look bold and strong on the outside. To achieve the perfect Aimee Gibbs look you can't go past a striped blazer, denim flares & hot pink or emerald green top. Team that with lots of layered gold jewellery and a statement backpack or handbag.

LOOK 1

Inspired by her striped blazer and pink patchwork blazer this look is perfect Aimee. Layered over a bold striped body suit and teamed with a vintage denim midi skirt this look follows the recipie for her style. 3 key pieces, jacket, top tucked in and a denim or leather bottom half. Add as much cute gold jewellery as you can find.

LOOK 2

Inspired by Aimee’s love of college stripes. So may of her tops feature stripes and often in red & blue tones. While the looks don’t represent any one era, Aimee has a 70’s early 80s vive so a pair of denim flares are a perfect choice. As are gold hoops and her iconic owl necklace.

LOOK 3

Inspired by the leopard print bomber jacket she manages to style with so many looks. Perfect over a bold colour or even a floral pattern. Hot Pink and Emerald Green are great colours on Aimee and she wears a similar green turtle neck in the show. Double denim isn’t something she’s afraid of either so include as much as you like and as always some statement gold jewellery.
